Job summary

PNW Warehousing in Sumner, WA is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to serve as the main liaison between customers, carriers, and internal teams. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, maintain records, and proactively resolve scheduling issues in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior customer-support or 3PL experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or client services is required.
• Experience in Third Party Logistics as a Logistics Coordinator is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; multilingual a plus.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling challenging conversations with professionalism.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, carriers, drivers, and internal warehouse teams.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling appointments and communicating shipment requirements.
• Enter, update, and monitor orders within the warehouse management system.
• Confirm shipment details, inventory availability, delivery expectations, and special handling instructions.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding order status, shipment progress, delays, and service concerns.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation.
• Review bills of lading, packing lists, delivery receipts, and other records for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate customer requirements clearly to warehouse teams and verify that orders are completed as requested.
• Work with carriers and drivers to resolve scheduling, pickup, delivery, and documentation issues.
• Identify potential service concerns and proactively coordinate solutions with the appropriate team members.
• Investigate and assist in resolving order discrepancies, inventory concerns, damages, shortages, and customer claims.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Support accurate billing by confirming completed services, accessorial charges, and supporting documentation.
• Build positive working relationships with customers, carriers, and internal team members.
• Assist with operational reporting and other administrative or logistics-related duties as assigned.
