Responsibilities

• Update calls and schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
• Update customer systems with critical information.
• Maintain active load information for shipper and carrier tracking.
• Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate person.
• Match invoices to files and issue payments.
• Support accounting and general office duties.
• Verify carrier information and certificates of insurance.
• Call references and carriers about lanes, equipment types, and quantities.
• Complete system training and uphold company standards.
