Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Coordinator to compile and maintain shipment records and plan driver assignments. You will be the first contact for delivery drivers and ensure documentation is accurate and timely across shipping and receiving operations.

You will log data in the warehouse management system, collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams, and support safe, efficient loading and unloading processes. Pay range provided aligns with market rates for the role.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required across facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments as required.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan and direct driver's assignments, check-ins, doors, and load-out.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation for accurate docs and data entry.
