Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or related administrative role.
• Experience supporting retail or food-service customers preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; ERP/EDI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain customer orders in ERP, EDI, and customer portals.
• Monitor open orders, product availability, and shipment status with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate routine carrier pickups, scheduling, delivery appointments, and tracking.
• Prepare and verify bills of lading, shipment confirmations, advance ship notices, and proofs of delivery.
• Follow up on order/shipment exceptions and escalate issues to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Assist with investigating and disputing carrier charges, deductions, or claims with the manager.
• Maintain accurate order/shipment data in systems and trackers.
