Job summary

LX Pantos America is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily supply chain and warehouse operations, handling inbound/outbound orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate order entry and timely delivery. You will provide customer service, respond to inquiries, assist with warehouse tasks, and collaborate with internal teams to keep logistics running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in logistics.
• Experience in logistics management or related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound orders in WMS/TMS and ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange carrier pickup and resolve delays or issues.
• Route and schedule DTS and manage delivery issues.
• Manage inventory and conduct cycle counts.
• Provide office admin support and customer service.
• Assist warehouse as needed.
