DP World in El Paso, TX is seeking a motivated L2 Logistics Coordinator to join a growing 3PL team. This role focuses on continuous improvements, operational efficiency, and layout optimization within supply chain activities.

You will handle customer queries, coordinate orders, and manage key performance reports while collaborating with control tower staff to meet daily and monthly targets. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Competenze

• Customer service experience in logistics or planning.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; Excel functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are helpful.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and workflows.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Mansioni

• Handle customer queries, escalations and day-to-day reports for orders.
• Collaborate with Key Account control tower staff to meet requirements.
• Produce weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports.
• Support inbound/outbound operations with scheduling and coordination.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders internally/externally.
• Set up orders in internal systems including EDI or manual creation.
• Ensure timely order processing and monitor inventory levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
