Job summary

You will handle customer queries and escalations, coordinate scheduling and reporting, support inbound/outbound operations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time orders and accurate

Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables helpful) and MS Office.
• Able to adapt in a changing, high-pressure environment.
• Able to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations and daily reports for customer orders.
• Collaborate with Key Account control tower staff to meet day-to-day requirements.
• Produce weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports.
• Coordinate scheduling, planning and coordination for inbound/outbound operations.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Set up orders in the system, including EDI feeds or manual entries.
• Ensure timely order picking and processing to meet KPIs and inventory targets.
• Any other duties as assigned.
