Job summary
US Cabinet Depot Inc. is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in Marietta, GA to support freight operations across all locations. You will book shipments, select cost-effective modes, approve quotes, and track loads from booking to delivery while coordinating with 3PL partners and internal teams.
This role requires 1–3+ years in logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with TMS/ERP systems. Competitive pay with benefits and room to grow within the expanding distribution network.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years in transportation or logistics.
- Knowledge of LTL/FTL and parcel shipping.
- Experience with a TMS and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus).
- Strong Excel skills with lookups and pivot tables.
- Detail-oriented with strong invoicing audit ability.
- Excellent communication with carriers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Enter shipments into the TMS for orders and non-inventory items.
- Choose cost-effective shipping modes (LTL, box truck, FTL).
- Review and approve freight quotes and bid quotes.
- Audit weekly freight invoices and flag over-quotes.
- Build and maintain transportation reports.
- Track shipments to delivery and update stakeholders.
- Maintain schedules for dedicated trucks and transfers.
- Help write standard transportation procedures.
