The role requires strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship management, with experience in logistics systems and TMS. Hybrid work options may be available; salary is DOE with bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in logistics, transportation coordination, brokerage, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing third‑party carriers and freight brokerage operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of carrier pricing and current transportation market conditions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams, customers, and third-party carriers to ensure timely, safe, and cost-efficient transportation services.
• Build and manage a nationwide third‑party carrier network.
• Direct daily load assignments based on capacity, demand, and market conditions.
• Source and price freight in real time based on capacity and market trends.
• Establish competitive transportation rates and negotiate with carriers.
• Maintain real‑time awareness of logistics landscape to address challenges.
