Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator – 3PL Broker to manage third-party carriers, loads, and equipment across multiple regions. You will negotiate rates, monitor market conditions, and maintain carrier relationships to ensure safe, cost-effective transport operations.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to make quick operational decisions in a dynamic environment. A Bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in logistics, transportation coordination, brokerage, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Experience managing third-party carriers and freight brokerage operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams, customers, and third-party carriers to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective transportation services.
• Continuously build and manage a nationwide third-party carrier network.
• Direct daily assignment of loads to third-party carriers based on capacity and demand.
• Source and price freight based on market conditions and carrier capacity.
