Job summary

Premier Packaging in Illinois is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to dispatch freight, align routes with drivers, and manage bill of lading timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years as Dispatcher preferred.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Aligns the day’s freight with available drivers.
• Dispatches drivers with assigned loads, routes, bill of ladings, and timelines.
• Freight scheduling and load tagging.
• Tracks driver hours and log book activity.
• Communicates daily with Drivers, customers and Management.

Hours/DaysResponsibilities (but not limited to):Aligns the day’s freight with available drivers.
