Job summary

Premier Packaging in Indianapolis is seeking a skilled forklift operator to support our fast-growing manufacturing facility. You will move, stack, and transport corrugated materials, load and unload from trucks, and help keep inventory accurate.

This role requires 1–3 years of forklift experience, certification preferred, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1-3 years experience as forklift operator.
• Experience with different forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, clamp).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math for counting and inventory recording.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklift to move, stack, and transport corrugated materials.
• Load and unload corrugated materials from trucks and storage areas using the forklift.
• Assist in organization and management of inventory; conduct regular counts.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and team to optimize workflow.
• Report issues or delays that may impact production schedules.
