Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a logistics coordinator in Minnesota to manage door-to-door equipment deliveries and oversee shipping documentation. You will book trucks, track imports and domestic shipments, and report delivery status to stakeholders while ensuring accurate carrier invoicing.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of logistics coordination experience, familiarity with INCOTERMS, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in logistics coordination.
• 2 years in commercial logistics/supply chain importing/exporting.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and cross-border invoicing.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/International Trade.

Skills and Requirements

• 3 years of experience in logistics coordination
• 2 years of experience working in commercial logistics/supply chain importing and exporting execution of the following:
  • Shipping certificates
  • Customs duty & import VAT (value-added tax) rules regarding cross border shipments and invoicing
  • Working knowledge of proper procedures and processes related to all INCOTERMS
  • Customs invoice & Packing lists
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
