Are you an organized, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate orders and shipments for Nutrien retail locations within a specific U.S. geography. This role is essential to maintaining efficient order processing, managing high-volume logistics operations, and serving as a key liaison between retail locations, conditioners, and trucking partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate orders and shipments for a defined group of client retail locations within a specific U.S. geography
• Manage daily communications and logistics for internal stakeholders
• Serve internal customers, acting as a key liaison between retail locations, conditioners, and trucking partners
• Handle 50 to 250+ shipments per week, depending on seasonal demand and individual performance
• Process order changes and cancellations as needed
• Identify the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods
• Generate shipping paperwork and schedule transportation
• Manage product returns and reconcile inventory records
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures
• Support additional operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Logistics coordination experience required (any industry background accepted; agriculture is preferred)
• SAP experience is required
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high volumes of detail and changing priorities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for clear, timely, and professional interactions with internal stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing records and administrative tasks
• Self-motivated and accountable with ability to work independently
• Team-oriented mindset with focus on collective success
• Detail-focused and able to manage fluctuating workloads and tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Agricultural background is a plus
