Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel & Logistics Specialist for an administrative position supporting our internal operations. The focus is on communication with clients and artists, managing travel arrangements, tracking availability, and overseeing contract logistics to ensure smooth coordination across all bookings.

This is a fully remote role, but the ideal candidate must be available to work East Coast U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a travel coordination, administrative, or logistics-focused role

• Strong knowledge of international travel planning and documentation

• Experience handling contracts and managing scheduling data

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other standard office software tools; experience with Airtable is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
