Job Overview:

Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator for Twinsburg, OH

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our Team in Twinsburg, Ohio. In this critical role, you’ll lead the daily functions in the warehouse to include ensuring floor is set for 2nd shift, inventory, executing Voice Pick System, auditing, dock and loading coordination, route placements, coverage for supervisory team members as needed, warehouse equipment knowledge between others while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timeliness. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment and play a key part in driving process efficiency and team development.

Shift & Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday- Friday
  • 10:00AM - 6:30PM or finished
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed is required as needed
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage daily task priorities and team workloads across shifts and departments
  • Coordinate with Operations Specialists to optimize dock loading
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments
  • Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts; resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Inventory Control team.
  • Conduct Pallet and SKU level audits
  • Communicate urgent information between shifts and departments.
  • Generate reports using SAP, Route Manager, Excel, Ryder, and VP EPG.
  • Maintain standard work documents and manage Microsoft Teams Site
  • Operate PIT equipment and support team activities as necessary.
  • Coach and train team members to support skill development and performance.
  • Escalate safety, quality, and delivery issues to leadership.
  • Communicate key updates and issues across shifts and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
  • 6+ months of leadership experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in inventory control and/or shipping required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage stress, and work independently.
  • Understanding of warehouse and shipping principles.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (up to 12.5 hours/day).
  • Experience operating material handling equipment (PIT).
  • Continuous improvement experience (5S, value stream analysis) is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and time management skills.
