Job Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and control the administration within the shipping and receiving functions to ensure compliance with contracts, filings, and declarations.
  2. Ensure SWEP receives the agreed services from forwarders and is charged correctly.
  3. Perform other duties as requested by superiors within your scope of responsibilities.
  4. Manage daily shipping arrangements and invoicing.
  5. Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders and review charges and invoices.
  6. Upload tracking information post-shipment.
  7. Handle logistics-related matters such as COO application and record retention.
  8. Coordinate delivery appointments and provide freight quotes upon request.
  9. Prepare shipping documents for Customs Clearance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  10. Participate in implementing and maintaining ISO 14001, 9001, and OSHA standards.
  11. Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and report unsafe conditions.
  12. Participate in safety training and maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant logistics experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in an ISO-certified environment (EMS & QMS).
  • Experience with trade compliance documentation and transportation management systems is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
