Palmdale Oil Company is recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Tampa. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a desire to work in a fast-paced, corporate environment. The role involves managing fuel delivery logistics, inventory management, and supporting operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage truck inventories using Skybitz Inventory Workbench to ensure accurate fuel levels and billing.
2. Track and report fuel deliveries to prevent losses and maintain stock levels.
3. Coordinate with drivers and logistics specialists to optimize deliveries and customer satisfaction.
4. Support dispatch processes and learn operational procedures.
5. Monitor inventory levels with systems like SmartTank, Otodata, and Titan Cloud.
6. Maintain accurate records of dispatches and inventory adjustments.
7. Assist in scheduling, prioritizing customer orders, and supporting the logistics team.
8. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
9. Ensure compliance with equipment testing and inspections.
10. Perform administrative duties related to logistics and support the Logistics Specialist.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; degree preferred.
2. Logistics dispatch/scheduling experience in fuel transportation is a plus.
3. Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
7. Ability to work the required schedule.

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to work in extreme temperatures, noisy environments, and various weather conditions.
2. Good communication skills and manual dexterity.
3. Ability to perform tasks independently and travel as needed.
