Accounting Career Consultants is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics manager in overseeing international freight and domestic shipping operations. You will coordinate shipments, select cost-effective options, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of logistics coordination experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years logistics coordination experience, handling transportation and freight operations.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication to ensure on-time delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred; ERP/WMS/TMS exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment planning based on deadlines, cost, and customer requirements.
• Select efficient freight options (truckload, LTL, parcel, air, intermodal) and manage transportation methods.
• Schedule and track shipments, coordinate carrier pickups, and monitor status to prevent delays.
• Ensure compliance with routing guides, labeling, appointments, and vendor standards to avoid chargebacks.
• Audit freight invoices, investigate discrepancies, and maintain shipment/cost records.
