Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Schertz, TX to manage the movement of tools and materials, coordinate deliveries to and from the jobsite, and support project teams with efficient logistics. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong verbal and written communication, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates deliveries to and from jobsite. Troubleshooting missing deliveries as needed.
• Schedules resources to facilitate deliveries, including transportation and equipment coordination.
• Collaborates with project leadership and corresponding departments to integrate logistics with established systems and processes.
• Communicates issues concerning transportation, logistics process, or customer issues. Works on preventive measures as needed.
• Provides status reports on a daily or weekly update, which may include visual display of deliveries against project need.
