Position : Logistics Coordinator, Inbound Logistics

Location : Santa Ana, CA - FULLY ONSITE

Pay : $28-32 / hr

Duration : 6-month contract term with potential for extension based on project needs.

Overview : We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the team of our client in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics operations, data analytics, and Excel . The role involves developing an appointment scheduling system to connect the company's system with customer portals.

Responsibilities :

• Forecast container deliveries and monthly revenue based on customer PO.
• Report to SCP, sales, and leadership about container deliveries.
• Communicate with customers and logistic partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Work with third party and logistic company on a daily basis to resolve delivery and system issues.
• Develop an appointment scheduling system to connect WMS with customer portals.
