Our organization is currently seeking a new team member to join our Materials department. The ideal candidate should possess a professional demeanor and provide clerical support for inbound and outbound logistical operations. Responsibilities include coordinating warehousing and transportation activities to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs, as well as supporting sourcing, receiving, purchasing, and dispatching functions.

Compensation:

$24 - $27 hourly

Responsibilities:

• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Compare shipment contents to records for accuracy.
• Track the status of outgoing shipments and input data into the company system.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with logistics technicians, customer service, and other teams.
• Support shipping and receiving departments as needed.
• Monitor the availability and location of products and supplies.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Perform data entry and create delivery schedules.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
