Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sacramento, CA. In this critical role, you’ll lead the daily coordination of raw material and finished goods movement while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timeliness. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment and play a key part in driving process efficiency and team development.
Shift & Schedule
Full-time | 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Flexibility to work outside of standard hours, including weekends and holidays, is required as needed.
Manage daily task priorities and team workloads across shifts.
Coordinate with Logistics Specialists to optimize dock schedules; provide backup support as needed.
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments (raw materials and finished goods).
Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts; resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Inventory Control team.
Partner with Quality to contain non-conforming materials and support release processes.
Communicate urgent shipments and deliveries between shifts and departments.
Generate reports using SAP, MES, Excel, Ryder, and Dock Scheduler.
Lead Safety and Quality Gembas, 5S audits, and document improvement opportunities.
Maintain standard work documents and manage the team’s training matrix.
Operate PIT equipment and support team activities as necessary.
Coach and train team members to support skill development and performance.
Escalate safety, quality, and delivery issues to leadership.
Support process improvement initiatives, including RCCA and 5S events.
Communicate key updates and issues across shifts and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Salary Range: $45,500– $50,500 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

6+ months of leadership experience preferred.
SAP or WMS experience required.
Prior experience in inventory control and/or shipping required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, manage stress, and work independently.
Understanding of warehouse and shipping principles.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (up to 12.5 hours/day).
Experience operating material handling equipment (PIT).
Continuous improvement experience (5S, value stream analysis) is a plus.
Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and time management skills.
Salary Range: $44,500 – $68,500 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
