Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

As a Logistics Coordinator, you would provide support and play an integral role in the success of the operations of the organization.

You Are a Great Fit for Our Team If You

• Are proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Work independently and take initiative without immediate supervision
• Have strong communication and grammar skills, both written and verbal
• Are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Pay attention to detail and are self-driven

Daily Accountabilities Would Include

• Deliver operational excellence to customers, carriers, and suppliers
• Daily tracking and call checks of orders in the MVP Transportation Management System
• Communicate internally with the MVP Customer Service team and externally with order status updates and provide excellent customer experience
• Prepare bill of ladings and other related documents as needed
• Ensure Pickup and Delivery standard operating procedures are being followed
• Assist in other administrative tasks when called upon
