Job summary

ProKatchers LLC is seeking a logistics coordinator to track inbound shipments from China and coordinate with freight forwarders on delivery dates, rerouting, and weekly status reports to Marketing.

The role involves maintaining project and team status reports, tracking POs and delivery schedules, issuing and managing POs with auditing documentation, and resolving receiving and logistics issues with suppliers and AP to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Shipments, freight forwarding, PO handling, logistics coordination, and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Track inbound shipments from China and coordinate with freight forwarders on delivery dates, rerouting, PODs, and weekly status reporting to Marketing.
• Maintain project and team status reports, tracking POs, delivery schedules, project milestones, and related documentation.
• Issue and manage POs, ensuring auditing requirements are met, including quotes, approvals, and CBR documentation.
• Resolve receiving and logistics issues by coordinating with suppliers, logistics teams, SBO Receiving, and AP to ensure complete and timely deliveries.
• Partner with AP to review invoices, resolve parked/blocked invoices, confirm non-stock POs, and ensure vendors are paid on terms.
• Track quarterly and annual spend while supporting project procurement, including repeat promotional items, color accessories, glorifiers, GWP items, and sourcing of new promotional products.
