Job summary

Seawayprojectcargo on the West Coast is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate LCL and FCL ocean shipments, ensuring smooth cargo flow through the LA/Long Beach ports. You will prepare and process shipping documentation, track shipments, provide status updates to clients, and coordinate with trucking companies for local deliveries while maintaining accurate records in our TMS.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Knowledge of ocean shipping and port operations.
• Familiarity with customs documentation and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
