Job summary

DP World is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the full cycle of customer orders and drive operational efficiency from Kuna, Idaho. You will build strong accounts relationships and deliver timely performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Apply scheduling and coordination to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Set up orders in the internal system, including EDI feeds or manual entries.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPIs and inventory targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

In this role you will build strong relationships with key accounts and manage the full cycle of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate performance reporting.

How You Will Contribute

• Handle customer queries, escalations, and a large volume of daily reports throughout the customer order lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Key Account control tower staff to understand and meet their business requirements.
• Generate and submit weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports on time.
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination activities to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Set up orders in the preferred internal system, including EDI feeds or manual entries.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed in a timely manner to meet KPI requirements and maintain inventory levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within logistics or planning, with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) are a plus.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, high‑stress environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
