Job summary

Ultimate staffing has several Logistics Coordinator roles in the Houston area. Offering both temp and permanent positions working in both office and Hybrid environments with pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 Hourly.

Responsibilities

• Matching documentation, receiving, billing and update system records
• Complete shipping transactions in company's ERP system, data entry
• Coordinate movement of materials and creating well organized files
• Managing overall planning, execution and completion of customer projects, project scope, cost and execution

Qualifications

• Logistics Coordinator - 3+ years experience in order management, procurement, purchase orders, sales support, logistics outsourcing
• ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc) experience is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, tech savvy
