Job summary

Tireco, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage parcel shipments, documentation, and carrier communications from our Fontana, CA facility. You will coordinate with operations, provide tracking details to customers, and help maintain efficient shipping workflows.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and hands-on support across shipping, receiving, and general office tasks to ensure excellent service and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in an office setting.
• Advanced computer, Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip.
• Forklift knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes customer parcel shipments in NetSuite and UPS/FedEx.
• Manages inbound/outbound shipping documents and bills of lading.
• Assists in resolving carrier/customer disputes.
• Provides tracking/shipping info to customers on request.
• Leads action to resolve shipping/receiving issues.
• Minimizes extra expenses.
• Maintains relationships with customers.
• Coordinates with operations to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with office organization and cleanliness.
• Assist with order picking and loading/unloading as needed.
