Job summary

Globyz Biopharma Services is seeking a Logistics Coordinator based near Folcroft, PA, to manage air import/export documentation, tracking and carrier coordination.

You will collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to procure, store and ship products, provide quotes, monitor orders, and continuously improve process efficiency while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in a relevant discipline.
• Supply chain experience preferably within North American Consumer Packaged Goods/Foods/Pharma industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support to the team.
• Collaborate with multiple customers, suppliers and internal partners including Sales, Procurement, Warehousing and Transportation to procure, store and ship/deliver products through contracted carriers and follow up right through completion
• Provide shipping quotes, maintaining accurate freight costing and creation of various reports
• Order tracking to make sure all orders are on track and prioritizing orders and deliveries
• Communicating with carriers/external parties to resolve any upcoming issues
• Actively participating in regularly scheduled/ad hoc communications with customers/suppliers
• Continuously improving areas with inefficiencies and/or low effectiveness
• All other duties as required for Logistics Dept.

Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for both Air Import and Export shipments. This includes documentation, logistics coordination, cargo tracking, shipment monitoring and quotations. Additional responsibilities include ensuing accuracy and compliance.
