Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Logistics Coordinator will include:

• Job Title: Logistics Coordinator - 1st Shift (Onsite)
• Location Waterloo, IA Schedule:
• Pay- $27-28/hr
• 2 year contract w/ potential to extend
• We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support engine engineering operations. This fully onsite role involves managing shipments, coordinating material movement, and maintaining inventory accuracy to ensure smooth workflow on the engine build floor. This position requires light physical work and offers an opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to develop their logistics expertise.
• Prepare external shipping documents for engine engineering needs.
• Manage shipments of new product build inventory to internal factories.
• Coordinate movement of materials from shipping and receiving to engine test cells and engine build floor.
• Monitor engine build floor inventory and trigger re-ordering when necessary.
• Collaborate with shipping and receiving personnel to pick materials from internal and external warehouses in support of engine engineering.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to perform light physical work as needed.
