Qualifications

  • Ability to read and understand sales quotes, pack slips, inventory, and receiving documents.
  • Able to create standard shipping documentation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understands broader organizational goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of tracking and resolving shipping errors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse operations to ensure raw materials and finished goods meet production and customer timelines.
  • Approve and audit freight invoices and monitor daily deliveries.

  • Develop efficient and organized supply chain processes.

  • Understand Motor Carrier regulations and DOT compliance.

Job Overview
