Job summary

YQN in the United States is seeking a Logistics Coordination Trainee who will support daily warehouse inbound and outbound operations, track shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on exposure to cross-functional teams across Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service, and Operations.

You will participate in process improvements, complete management training assignments, and gradually assume more independent warehouse responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with WMS, ERP, or other logistics systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not required.
• Flexible to work overtime or weekends when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and warehouse projects.
• Complete management training assignments and gradually develop the ability to independently manage warehouse operations.
