Accurate Courier Services in Cincinnati is seeking a dependable Communications Specialist to join our fast-paced team. The role centers on customer communication, quality assurance, and dispatch coordination to ensure accurate orders, timely updates, and smooth service delivery.

You will interact with clients and drivers, review orders, document information, and escalate issues as needed. A strong eye for detail, multi-tasking ability, and willingness to learn our systems are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service, dispatch, logistics, call center, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at once.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in real time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software and systems.
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming client and driver calls, enter orders, and provide delivery updates.
• Review and process routed and on-demand delivery orders.
• Complete Quality Assurance checks to identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete information.
• Monitor active routes and deliveries for delays, missed stops, or potential service issues.
• Assign and coordinate on-demand orders with drivers based on location, availability, timing, and delivery requirements.
• Communicate directly with drivers regarding assignments, pickups, deliveries, delays, and service issues.
• Identify potential problems early and take appropriate action to help keep deliveries on track.
• Investigate delivery issues and gather the information needed to resolve them.
• Coordinate with Operations and other team members when additional support or escalation is needed.
• Handle client concerns professionally and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Assist with service recovery when a delivery does not go as planned.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer, driver, order, and delivery information.
• Follow established procedures while using good judgment when unexpected situations arise.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, drivers, coworkers, and Operations teams.
