Job summary

ASRC Energy Services, LLC seeks a procurement professional to manage software, hardware, and services purchases across Alaska. You will track budgets, process POs, and maintain the IT asset register in SAP, ensuring timely invoicing and renewals while coordinating with the D&IT team.

The role requires a degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in corporate IT procurement, with SAP experience; IAITAM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Asset procurement within SAP experience.
• IAITAM Certification preferred (CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM).

Responsibilities

• Manage software, hardware and services procurement processes, including quotes, PO requests, and receipting goods.
• Monitor licensing models and optimize IT asset purchases.
• Maintain relationships with IT vendors and support contract renewals.
• Coordinate annual IT budget preparation and cost reporting.
• Process and reconcile invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain inventory records for IT assets across Alaska locations.
