Job summary

Arvato seeks a proactive Continuous Improvement Lead to optimize inbound operations and drive performance across the CI program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and deliver measurable gains in efficiency and cost savings in a fast-paced environment.

You will champion Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and related tools, oversee projects end-to-end, and present findings to senior leadership. Strong data analytics and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
• Proven experience in supply chain or logistics with CI focus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and influence across organizational levels.
• Proficient in data analytics tools and software.
• Lean experience and knowledge of TQM techniques; Black/Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Ensure adoption and utilization of CI methodologies and tools.
• Drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.
• Evaluate processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Lead CI projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor, coach, and train teams in CI methodologies and tools.
• Present progress and outcomes to senior management.
• Engage customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders for alignment.
• Lead change initiatives and manage resistance to implementation.
• Utilize process mapping, root cause analysis, and statistical methods.
