Job summary

Bertelsmann's Arvato division seeks a proactive Continuous Improvement Leader to drive inbound operations and optimize performance in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will coordinate CI initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure successful project delivery across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include leading process improvements, applying Lean/Six Sigma, and leveraging analytics to reduce costs while enhancing customer satisfaction and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial or project engineering with 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean processes and methodologies in manufacturing/supply chain.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events.
• Proven ability to coach and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site CI initiatives and coordinate workflows for warehouse operations.
• Adopt and promote CI methodologies and tools across the site.
• Drive improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage CI projects from inception to completion with stakeholder alignment.
• Train and mentor teams on Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and related tools.
