Arvato Supply Chain Solutions SE - ABI is seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Site Leader to oversee inbound operations and drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen projects across the site. The role focuses on optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will mentor teams, manage cross-functional CI projects, and report progress to senior leadership while ensuring robust change management and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Lean processes in manufacturing/supply chain.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping and facilitating Kaizen events.
• Proficient in data analytics tools and software.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support CI initiatives across the inbound site.
• Ensure adoption of CI methodologies and tools.
• Drive cost reduction and customer satisfaction through improvements.
• Manage CI projects from inception to completion.
• Coach and mentor teams on Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
• Present progress to senior management and stakeholders.
