Job summary

LX Pantos America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage supply chain processes, facilitate communication between vendors and internal teams, and ensure carrier vehicles arrive on schedule.

This role requires negotiation skills and strong knowledge of inventory control and shipping/receiving. Responsibilities include guarding on-time pickups, providing management visibility, verifying arrivals, and analyzing shipment data to reduce no-shows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize time-sensitive situations.
• Proficiency in TMS, Excel and Power BI or similar tools.
• Understanding of transportation processes, hazardous materials regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills with excellent communication.
• Willingness to learn and use necessary management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries through coordination with carriers.
• Provide visibility to management via tracking, auditing, and resolving issues.
• Verify truck arrival within scheduled pickup time and confirm location and ETA.
• Request rescheduling for recovery in case of truck no-shows.
• Identify high-frequency no-show carriers through shipment data analysis.
