Responsibilities

• Lead headcount modeling and forecasting across AMR distribution centers and networks.
• Develop forecasting models, scenario analyses, and dashboards to anticipate constraints.
• Automate reporting via Python-based pipelines and AI-assisted tools.
• Identify bottlenecks and create mitigation plans for BAU/NPI planning.
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, sales, and partners for planning reviews.
• Standardize deliverables and reporting, improving planning quality and speed.
• Translate data and program updates into clear business impact for leadership.
