Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
6+ years in logistics operations, supply chain, and program management.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate outputs into decisions.
Strong knowledge of transportation and distribution processes; experience managing complex logistics programs end-to-end.
Fluency with analytical tools and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Lead logistics readiness planning and coordination across distribution centers and transportation networks.
Develop strategies and program frameworks for informed decision-making.
Drive cross-functional alignment across supply chain, operations, sales, and channel partners.
Manage program budget, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Identify process improvements and automate where possible.
Monitor KPIs and anticipate risks; translate requirements into actionable logistics plans.
