You will own brokerage operations end-to-end, from order to billing, while aggressively expanding accounts and improving margins. A strong leader with TMS/McLeod experience helps steer forecasting and performance in a scalable organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; leadership experience matters more.
• Proven success growing brokerage revenue and profitability.
• Experience scaling brokerage operations, sales and carrier teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy to grow brokerage revenue and gross profit.
• Own KPIs including revenue, gross profit, margin, load volume and revenue per employee.
• Lead and develop brokerage operations, sales and support teams.
• Build and strengthen a carrier network and strategic relationships.
• Partner with Finance on forecasting and budgeting for growth.
