Job summary

Beemac Logistics is seeking a natural Sales Leader with transportation industry experience to influence and motivate a sales team. This role coaches and develops a high-performing group while creating a positive environment that drives results.

You will lead training, set sales targets, conduct performance reviews, manage the CRM, and support day-to-day operations including quotes, bookings and dispatching loads. Strong leadership and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Full-time Monday–Friday work schedule.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team in transportation logistics.
• Proven ability to motivate and exceed goals.
• Experience with CRM systems and data reporting.
• Energetic, creative, and ethical professional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales training for all new sales employees.
• Lead weekly & monthly sales meetings.
• Create sales targets and track daily, weekly and monthly pacing based on projections.
• Conduct performance reviews for assigned team members.
• Manage the CRM, track data being entered and run reports as needed.
• Ensure goals and expectations are achieved such as: phone stats, new customers, revenue, margins and other daily metrics.
• Assist with customer quotes and execution of day-to-day operations including but not limited to building, booking and dispatching loads.
• Assist with hiring process.
• Communicate, train, and manage remote employees.
• Individuals and teams are meeting/exceeding targeted goals; team margins optimized; growth across verticals.
