Job summary

Beemac Logistics in Houston, TX seeks an energetic Sales Leader to grow our transportation book of business. You will coach and train a sales team to perform at high levels, manage CRM data, and drive revenue while maintaining strong client relationships.

Hybrid or on-site work may apply, with emphasis on leadership and results. The role requires proven sales success in logistics, team leadership, and experience guiding remote staff while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Full-time Monday–Friday
• A College Degree is preferred
• Mcleod TMS experience is preferred
• Team lead or management experience in transportation/logistics
• Proven ability to lead a sales team to exceed targets
• Experience with technology including Office products and relevant software

Responsibilities

• Lead and train all new sales employees
• Conduct weekly and monthly sales meetings
• Set sales targets and track progress
• Perform performance reviews for team members
• Manage the CRM and generate reports
• Ensure goals like phone stats, revenue, and margins are met
• Assist with customer quotes and day-to-day ops
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of staff
• Train and manage remote employees
• Drive growth across multiple verticals and team profitability
