Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator to join our St. Paul, MN team. You will protect data integrity, track financials, and support billing across freight carriers, 3PLs, pallet providers, and brokers.

You will liaise between Logistics and Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate billing and repeatable workflows. The role requires attention to detail, invoice variance resolution, and ability to handle approvals up to $5,000 with escalation above that level to the Director.

Qualifications

• 3 years of dedicated experience in logistics administration, billing auditing, or specialized Accounts Payable (AP).
• Bachelor's degree ideal but not required; equivalent experience accepted.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation formulas.
• Familiarity with ERP/TMS systems incl. D365 and E2open is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit and process warehouse invoices for Finished Goods and Raw Materials.
• Audit and process Recurring invoices for pallet systems (Peco and CHEP).
• Audit and process transportation invoices not in the TMS system (inbound/outbound etc.).
• Audit and process all accessorial or 'other' charges for EDI carriers in the TMS.
