Job summary

Mashburn is seeking a Logistics Associate to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track freight and revisions, and support the development of our logistics program in Atlanta. The role involves working with mills, forwarders, and the Mashburn DC to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in logistics or production support, strong Excel skills, and comfort coordinating across time zones with overseas vendors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, import coordination, or production support.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with an ERP or WMS is a plus.
• Comfortable working across time zones with overseas vendors and freight partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and track delivery status with freight forwarders and the Mashburn DC.
• Assist origin factories with scheduling freight pickups and send ASNs ahead of bulk shipments.
• Monitor and report freight costs, HTS classifications, and weekly product status meetings.
