Qualifications

• Data entry for AM & SM lines into existing systems.
• Data maintenance in company systems.
• Barcode creation and labeling processes.
• Compliance checks for barcodes, care labels, and trims.
• Manage TOP (Top of Production) process and sample check-in.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for AM & SM lines into systems
• Maintain data in company systems
• Create barcode files and ensure UPC format and pricing data
• Check barcodes, care labels, and trims for compliance
• Ship hangtags and barcodes to vendors
• Oversee TOP management and sample check-in
• Prep samples for fittings and flag QC issues
• Assist with vendor care label and hangtag approvals
• Manage in-house trims and supplies closet
• Order QC items and trim supplies via WMS
• Attend weekly product status meetings
