Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming mail, packages, freight deliveries, and vendor shipments.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities for timely material movement.
• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain organized storage areas.
• Prepare and ship materials to internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate recurring monthly product and promotional mailings.
• Order product samples and catalogs from vendors as needed.
• Operate a forklift to move inventory, materials, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Track inventory levels and assist with fulfillment program management.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics records.
• Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to support operational needs.
• Assist with basic facility maintenance, including minor repairs and workspace upkeep.
• Support outdoor property maintenance activities when needed, including lawn care and snow removal.
