This role requires strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to data integrity and compliance. Work hours are M-F, with on-call rotation and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years in supply chain or related field.
• Associate degree with 1 year experience acceptable as equivalent.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate receiving, distribution, and inventory control.
• Interact with suppliers to expediting, returns, and invoice issues.
• Handle high volume inbound requests via phone, mail, and fax.
• Ensure data integrity across reports and resolve processing delays.
• Assist with projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
