Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ, seeks an experienced SCM professional to support receiving, distribution, and inventory control across departments. You will coordinate with suppliers, resolve invoice issues, and handle a high volume of inquiries via phone, mail and fax, while ensuring safety and data integrity.

This full-time role requires DOT certification and offers a pathway within Mayo Clinic's SCM - Logistics team. Schedule is night shift, 8:30pm–5:00am, with 80 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; AND, three (3) years' supply chain or other business-related experience required.
• Associate's Degree plus one (1) year experience will be considered as an equivalent.
• Requires strong personal computer skills, communication skills, problem solving, continuous improvement and teaming skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time to meet required deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, warehousing and storage of products.
• Interact with suppliers regarding expediting, returns, and solving invoice/receipt problems.
• Provide support for SCM - Logistics and handle a very high volume of inquiries via phone, mail, and fax.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and aging items (proof of delivery, shipping mode, returns).
• Assist with distribution of medical products and services including controlled substances and hazardous materials.
